Terms and Conditions - SOCAL GAL SOIREE
Definitions 1.1. "Company" refers to SOCAL GAL SOIREE, an event planning company based in California. 1.2. "Client" refers to the individual or entity contracting the Company's services. 1.3. "Event" refers to the occasion for which the Company's services are engaged.
Services 2.1. The Company provides event planning and coordination services as agreed upon in the signed contract. 2.2. Services may include, but are not limited to, venue selection, vendor coordination, decor planning, and on-site management.
Booking and Deposit 3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure the Company's services. 3.2. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and the contract is signed by both parties.
Payment Schedule 4.1. The remaining balance is due in installments as outlined in the contract. 4.2. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the Event date. 4.3. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellation and Refunds 5.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. 5.2. Refunds, excluding the non-refundable deposit, are issued as follows: - 90+ days before the Event: 75% refund - 60-89 days before the Event: 50% refund - 30-59 days before the Event: 25% refund - Less than 30 days before the Event: No refund
Changes and Modifications 6.1. Any changes to the agreed services must be made in writing and may incur additional fees. 6.2. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to unforeseen increases in costs.
Client Responsibilities 7.1. The Client must provide accurate and timely information as requested by the Company. 7.2. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final plans and arrangements.
Vendor Contracts 8.1. The Company may assist in vendor selection, but all vendor contracts are between the Client and the vendor. 8.2. The Company is not liable for the performance of other vendors or service providers.
Liability and Insurance 9.1. The Company maintains general liability insurance for its operations. 9.2. The Client is advised to obtain event insurance for additional protection. 9.3. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Event.
Force Majeure 10.1. The Company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
Confidentiality 11.1. The Company agrees to keep all Client information confidential unless required by law to disclose.
Intellectual Property 12.1. The Company retains all rights to its event concepts, plans, and designs. 12.2. The Company may use Event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law 13.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Dispute Resolution 14.1. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in California before resorting to litigation.
Entire Agreement 15.1. These Terms and Conditions, along with the signed contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
By engaging the services of SOCAL GAL SOIREE, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
